installing the vis style:
1. First you have to pick a way to manage styles. There are 2 paths you can go by as far as i know. One is StyleXP([link] ), which is a program what will manage styles, themes, etc etc. It's really up to you if you want to get it or not. From my viewpoint I already have the Desktop Properties and that works fine. If you don't want another thing running in the background like me, u will need to patch something called the UXtheme.dll. See Microsoft was
2. Download the theme, which is usally in a .zip or .rar archive and extract it to 'C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes'. All you usually need is the .theme file(s), .msstyles file(s) and a folder(s)/file(s) called shell(.dll). Some styles require fonts, so check the Read Me that comes with the style for more help.

Explaning screenshots to you should be simple. Find a key called 'PrtScr/Sys Req' and press it when your desktop is how you want it. Go to photoshop, do File>New (no size editing). And then Ctrl+V to paste. Take it from there.
