This is Day: 25 I didn't want to color it, so I just fixed it up slightly and as you see, posted it.This is nothing against the Shockwave Design, I love it, but I do kinda think that his chest looks like a rib cage of Spider-Legs.

It's an anime symbol, showing that the character is annoyed or ticked off. It's an over exaggeration of how a vein "pops" out of someone's leg or head when angry. See, a Predator would be three red dots

Three dots? Silly me. You remind me of the scene in the first TF when Epps asks if Freddy Krueger has been in there and the other character replies, "No Freddy Krueger has 4 blades! That's only 3, that's Wolverine!" I was surprised to realize the logic of that remark.

It's a pinched vein. Shorthand way from anime of saying that he's angry or annoyed.
