This is my attempt to redraw a character I had adopted from kuraikitsune13
God, I remember it took us over a full day of constant chatting to figure out what the fuck I was going to name her, her personality, all I knew was that I am a sucker for heterochromia. *cri*
*chuckles* I decided to make her a bnha fancharacter. Normally, she looks like-

However, I want there to be a thing where, if a certain chaotic trigger is met, she becomes 'Big bad Lorelei' and her petty crimes of 'giving you a bad day with bad luck' turn into 'holding you out over the edge of a building'
The tell? Her eyes. I'm trying to go for somewhat of swirled eyes, that, and she wears a black leather jacket all of a sudden. Working on it.
Heh, now you see why I haven't attempted to draw Lorelei myself, Spirit. XD

Quirk name- Looney: Lorelei's arms, legs, and pelvis are all springloaded, like a jack in the box, and combined with her rubbery elasticity, can make her nearly impossible to catch.
