Its good you're not takeing credit for the work..but it is in the DA rules not to post artwork off of other websites if you do not have permission from the artist.

It is still a DA rule so they can avoid being sued by the artist. Just because the artist has it up on THEIR website doesn't mean they want people puting it up in other places without their okay. If someone shows a DA mod the pictures you have and the site they came from with the fact you don't have permission from the artist to put them up, they will tare all of them down and more than likely ban your account.
