Actually, they are tied behind my back. If you look at "A Bundle of Flesh" which was taken within minutes of this one (my camera was set to automatically take shots as I rolled around) you will see how my hands were tied. As long as you leave the tying of the hands for last, it is very much possible to completely tie yourself up.
