the only thing is that neither of those palettes really incorporate the dark blue in the photograph, i'd like the design to have some darker, dull blue incorporated somehow. c:

unlike the first, i would like this one to be more design-orientated.
sort of a starry/celestial theme. maybe some white sparkle / star designs on its body somewhere, it's up to you. c:
