It is about the end of the long conflict between the Angel of Mercy and the Soul Reaper.
The Soul Reaper differs from all other demons in that he does not cause evil, but punishes it by taking the souls of the wicked to hell.
The Angel of Mercy, on the other hand, wants to save every soul from this fate by giving the wicked a chance to change their lives.

Of course, this comic does not reflect biblical angelology and demonology. It is a fantasy story that takes place in Yume another world where demons and angels are something completely different.
The theme of grace and justice, however, is a deeply biblical theme, which is here presented in a playful way.
