This Audino was originally named Tungsten, and she had been a nurse Pokemon for the Ironridge Town PMC for as far back as she can remember. She was a 'loaner' Pokemon for the human staff, temporarily assigned for a shift and returned to the PokeBall for the night once the shift ended, so she came to know almost everyone who worked there over time. She enjoyed her work, was a fast learner, and was good at her job... until she came to notice the bond between the Trainers and their Pokemon who visited the PMC. Having never had that herself, Tungsten became curious about the differences between each Trainer and how they handled their Pokemon, quickly figuring out 'good' and 'bad' Trainers. The whole idea of being owned and loved by a human and seeing the world with them, not just being borrowed for a few hours within the same four walls, became a dream of hers.
Unfortunately, this proved to be a distraction too detrimental for the PMC. While Tungsten never made a mistake serious enough to have her removed from the roster, her job performance noticeably dropped and she was less attentive to commands -- especially when a 'good' Trainer was on her rounds. She became the Pokemon that was assigned to an individual because all others were taken (usually a punishment for being late for the shift), so some took their frustrations out on her, especially if she was caught 'daydreaming'. Verbal abuse in the break room and thrown objects around her was a common occurance, worsening her job performance even more, and there were rumors that a few individuals were actually coming in late on purpose just to torment her specifically.
Then Allana showed up with Lucky in her arms, having heard word of a job opening in the EMT division. After hiring negotiations were complete, Tungsten was assigned to Allana permanently... only to realize that Allana had no intention of leaving the Audino in the PMC when off-duty or even calling her by name. As far as the new hire was concerned, the Audino was hers now and she was going to make the most of it! So with a new name, Sinter (formerly Tungsten) walked out of the PMC for the first time in her life alongside a 'good' Trainer -- a dream come true that she hopes she will never wake up from!

- Please see her Mega Reference for current personalities and quirks -- this is kept as-is for archival purposes~
- Timid nature, Highly Curious, and (RP-wise) has the Healer ability.
- She is TERRIFIED of making a mistake in ANYTHING, certain that Allana is going to give her back to the PMC the instant she does. This makes her very shy and hesitant to do anything without being told to, and she's usually very tentative with a (non-emergency) task trying to make sure it is ABSOLUTELY perfect. However, an emergency seems to bring out the confidence she otherwise lacks.
- Flying objects scare her, especially if they're flying towards/around her. Sudden loud noises, raised voices, and a human towering over her also terrify her.
- After her battle with Lancer, her confidence has risen and she's starting to show a bit more backbone. Still very perfectionist, but is notably less hesitant and passive on regular tasks.
- She hates being called by her old name, but is too shy to do anything about it. Fortunately, Allana has NO such problems making HER displeasure known and will make it quite clear that HER Audino is named Sinter, thank ya kindly!
- Her ears are upright by default, but move and twitch based on her mood. They do hang down like a typical Audino when she's working and actively trying to be as non-threatening as possible.

Hiya!~ everything looks good to go so far! The only thing the mod team noticed is that the shading on this mon is a bit minimal.
To qualify for the full 2 levels you could go back and add some more shading to Sinter or update the info to level 1 without claiming the shading.
