We love this one! I don't get why people are so upset with the type, the whole point is that it cures poison, so obviously Psychic is a lot more fitting than Fairy lol. It'll be cool to see what they do with Rapidash!Edit - Added Galarian Rapidash and the original Kantonians. Ngl, disappointed with Galarapidash, too safe. I wanted Dragon dammit lol. I also think they didn't need to do a regional variant of Ponyta to do a unicorn Pokemon. It's distinct enough to be its own thing. Oh well, they're still cool. Rant over lmao

So far,this,Alcremie and the Zigzagoon line are my favorites from Sword and Shield.If i ever get Sword/Shield[don't know if this is exclusive to one game or not]or find an emulator once it comes out i'm going to catch this. Ponyta's already one of my favorites,the Galarian form amps it up more.

In that way yeah Psychic makes sense. Though the unicorn is still a mystical creature. Something told in that of a fairytale. In all honesty I can see it going the Alolan Vulpix route & getting the fairy type once it evolves.

Yeah Fairy obviously fits a unicorn, but it's weak to Poison so I can see why they went with pure Psychic. And yeah adding Fairy to Rapidash would be cool, idk I can see Game Freak just going somewhere unexpected with it as well tho lol. Something like Dragon, a la Mega Ampharos with the hair and everything
