What better way to inaugurate my new pencils...

... Than with a picture based on my waifu's beautiful art ? B)

A while ago, the fabulous sailor-rice made a wonderful birthday pic for me in MMD with one of my favorite Miku models. I fell in love with it and I decided to do my "own" version, to practice and test out the new pencils I received recently (a limited-edition box of 120 colors wth)

As a result, I put even more effort than usual in the coloring, and I have to say... I think it paid off ! It was really time-consuming (around 8 hours) but I think it was worth it and I'm a bit proud ;u; Consider this a tribute to Rice-chan's awesomeness uωu

Material used : 2H pencil (for guidelines), Mechanical pencil (0.5), Faber-Castell PITT artist-pens, Caran d'Ache Supracolor pencils
