It isn't a stupid question, dear! ^_^
Her name is Anya Hepburn from Soul Eater Not! (It's basically a prequel to Soul Eater. Sadly, it doesn't revolve around the original cast, but instead, it focuses on the school life of three newly introduced characters.)
The main cast got some cameos (and the anime's running), but they've been...uh...moe-ified (which doesn't bother me that much but other people are very much bothered by it hahaha)
