I really like how you improved your facial expressions (Mabels face XD). Though it's quite simple and rather cartoony, it delivers the emotion that is being projected by the character. But the positioning of the arm on the second to the last panel is quite awkward.
I also like how you made everything black and white except for the blue fire being emitted by Bill's hands. It gives special significance to "the deal" and shows how serious Bill is from the impact it gives the audience.
Aaaaaaaaand, maybe you could have just drawn the fingers at the last panel. A technique in making comics would be to omit tiny details (like eyes, fingers, zippers, teeth, etc) when zoomed away from the object/character, but when it's that close, you really need to put those details otherwise it would look under-sophisticated. :/
