hi its another oc because i cant stop making them
this oc takes place in another universe from all my other ocs maybe probably? because rusty is more anthro and hes going to be living in a more urban area sdfgh
anyway its rusty! i already have a rusty oc so thats why theres a 2 there,,,

he has a rusty pipe for a weapon and is very poor and no family help or support so he kind of roams the street with a weapon (surprisingly not getting arrested)
his mom is dead so hes like seeking vengeance and stuff
