First of all, the anatomy seems good, I don't see any mistakes there.
Also, I love your style and technique! The composition is good too.
But personally, I think her face lacks a bit of emotion, mostly her eyes I think.
And I don't think there is a real focal point, nothing that catches your attention over something else. Your eyes wander around the piece. You could make the dragon or the crystal stand out more with a glow, or maybe push the values of the face
But Overall, this piece is stunning! Absolutely beautiful, I love it! Keep it up!
