Here is a picture that I did of Sonic The Hedgehog and his arch-rival, Shadow The Hedgehog, holding onto a couple of Chaos Emeralds. Because I wasn't too busy doing anything else at the time, I decided to take the opportunity to draw some Sonic-themed pictures that I would be able to post all month long as a way of celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Blue Blur, and I was in the mood for drawing a picture involving Sonic with Shadow, especially since both hedgehog characters are known for running incredibly fast, which makes them quite suitable as rivals for each other. Anyway, for this picture I've done, I was able to draw a picture of Sonic leaping on Shadow's head while both hedgehogs can be seen holding onto a Chaos Emeralds that they were both able to obtain in some way; I originally planned on drawing a picture of Sonic and Shadow fighting each other with Shadow using the ability 'Chaos Spear' to attack Sonic, but it didn't turn out quite as good when drawing it, so I decided to draw something that was much simpler instead. When I was coloring the picture in, I was able to use a teal-colored texture for the background, and I decided to fill up much of the empty space by adding stars in different sizes. The picture turned out very nice after being completed, and it's sure to please my friends and everyone else as well.
