So this is the Christmas present for my older brother (who will more than likely hate it. or only pretend to like it...because I made it and he's a jerk who likes to stomp on my feelings...in my defense I wanted to get everyone I knew something awesome but have no money...) who loved playing Mario (and all video games) since he was a little boy...so I really hope he likes it and appreciates all the work I put into it.

The thing that upsets me the most about this is...Mario's facing the wrong direction. I used a picture of Paper Mario as a guide (this picture actually [link] ) and it didn't even occur to me until he was done that Mario is facing the wrong way. Now I guess I could have gone and made a new Mario but...he looked so awesome I didn't think I could reproduce him at that same level of awesome. (fun drinking game every time I say "awesome" take a shot *I'm kidding*)

So Umm...The Kuppa shell is made out of colored paper and a straw rapper, mario the mushroom, the question block, the goomba, the warp pipe, and the Parana plant are also all made of colored paper and glue a lot of colored paper and glue. The hills like the sky are all painted on with acrylic paint, very old acrylic paint. (sorry that the sky is so dark) and the sun is half of a yellow plastic Easter egg (I took all of the left over Easter eggs last year planing on doing something awesome with them...I still do not know what) and yellow feathers I had left over from a school project where I did a self portrait and used feathers for my hair. (I'll post that when I get it back, I've been scared to bring it home)
