Lol, well, thsi was doen last semester for my animal antomy class. We were told to design a speed animal ... So our awesome Professor Chuck Wood told us " you know, jsut dotn draw anything liek snails or turtles."
Of course I thought it will be fun to ahev a super fast fucking big turtle trying to kill you. So I decided to apply some changes to the actual Aligator Snapping Turtle and make it fast. This version is waht I thought will happened if the turtle decided to evolved to the size of a rhino. So, yeah , all the speacil details about the new anatomy were described on the final ( as you can see), Heheh , I really ahd a lot of fun doing this ... adn in a way it was dedicated to a ept I used to haev sometime aog 
It was my insipiration for this.Hope you like it.

Hah! so awesome! I did a similar thing last summer with my own modified snapper. Here he is if you're interested -->[link] anyway, you clearly have a greater knowledge of animal anatomy, so your modifacations make more sense, but then again, we don't exactly have classes devoted just to animal anatomy in high school (but oh how I wish we did!)
but on the drawing: upon a full view, I was astounded to find out how many squiggles and stuff he's made out of ^^ but he looks so detailed and meticulous in the small view. Hoorah!

I love the anatomy in this picture, it looks so natural and and just...right! Even though it's a fast turtle. Egad, this gets a favourite from me.
