I've seen this one. Terrible B-grade torture porn, with an even worse cliché villain, but this is the best scene of the movie and the blonde is an excellent victim.
The shame is that we don't get to see her slowly finished off by the hot drill bit positioned between her legs; if this were a Giga Japanese production, it would have seen its full potential.
