Finally, the P1 in the cave - Anytime!Taken from the memorable scene fom the movie, Predator, where Arnold Schwarzenegger is hiding in his trap, awaiting the hunter.
When I first started this one I was very optimistic. "I can do that! I need a challenge!"
Well, I got a challenge... the surrounding was a pain in the neck to get right. Im still not satisfied with it, but I came to the point where I asked myself "does it really matter?" and Anytime is the main focus anyway so I let the surroundings more or less become a blur.
I have so many ideas on a titel for this one, some are:
Hiding won't help you
I see the spikes, dumbass
Over here!
But I choose to keep it simple.
Hope you enjoy, critic is always welcome.

I do believe this is one of thee best drawings you have created. It captures the pinnacle moment when Arnie hopes that the Pred will fall into his trap. The crouching Predator underneath the leaves and spikes...this drawing is incredible. Kudos nicole...this is my favorite

And I dont even have it framed... yet.
I really liked that scene in the movie, Arnold is just sitting there "come on" hoping to get his plan into action. But the predator is too smart. He goes AROUND the trap. But in the end, that move killed him. But what if it didnt? what if he threw himself away from danger and in the end took Arnold as trophy? I mean, it could have ended so many ways. But how it DID end is pretty iconic. That thinking that you've outsmarted your prey, is the first and worst mistake you can make. For the predator, it led to his death.
In the end, Predator - as a movie - isnt just another action movie. It can be so much more if you want and can see it.

Omgivningen är jävligt bra gjord. Kanske lite suddig här och var, men ändå riktigt bra.
Men Anytime är utan tvivel bäst. Detaljerna gör så att det ser ut som om den kommer direkt från filmen och omgjorts till svartvit.

Vad tyckte du om Predators då? Jag är fortfarande inte så förtjust i den nya stilen på Berserkers... tycker deras skallar ser mer fästing-liknande ut än originalet. Men men... så äre. Deras skydd och rustning tycker jag var bättre, å så deras bios/hjälmar.

Ja, visst fan såg dom konstiga ut.
Jag kunde inte låta bli, när jag först såg fanskapet så tänkte jag: "You're one REALLY ugly motherfucker..."
Fast resten av filmen tyckte jag var riktigt bra.
Vissa saker kände man igen, men det var okej för min del.
Och att dom spellade "Long Tall Sally" i slutet gjorde verkligen min dag.

Jag hade problem med omgivningen, men valde att inte arbeta något mer på den. Störst fokus ligger ändå på Anytime så jag såg inte vitsen med att fortsätta göra jorden och grenarna lika skarpa (plus att jag blev lite trött på den!).
Men den blev bra till slut.
