This is the second attempt to make an youtube layout. This layout works for me and might for you if you don't have a HD/high-res computer. Its important that you use these settings.Youtube Settings:

I might do other ones with Frieza, but the problem was that I couldn't find any good scans from the manga that was big enough or good quality.
