This is my Billie Josephine Dalheart when her image was born into this world in 1993. I hadnt know ecactly what i wanted her to look like unti after I saw Lola in "Space Jam" I was still just comeing out of my toon fetish and had not yet developed her more anthro form.

She was originally just a wife model for my favorite Char Wakko Warner. Due to my just comeing into puberty a little late she started out as just a Playboy model. But then I saw the Movie "Raising Arizona" Starring Nicholas Cage and decedied it would be cool if Billie was a cop and Wakko was a former outlaw bootleggar in homage to my favorite (non anthro) TV series of all time "The Dukes of Hazzard".

over the years though she has been refined to the point where she no longer looks more like Wakko's sister then his mate. She still wears the army jacket though with the Seargents stripes on it.

You might recognize the look from Bart's baby sitter/ next door neighbor/ first crush. i modeled her wardrobe after the budding preteen and even imagined their voice sounding the same, although Billie being much older and taller would probably have a lower pitch. i wish i could remeber what her name was since she had such an influence on Billie's early desighn.

Billie certainly would never be ashamed to wear a dog collar as she is into that lifestyle and see's wakko as not only her mate and best freind but her owner and master as well ;3

Oh and I have no idea why she's going toppless. I think originally she was working undercover for the vice squad but it being cold she wore her jacket over her skimpy tube top which somehow she lost in a fight I guess
