Part one of a series involving Rohan and I as we are discovered by our new two-legged friend. Like many humans, he's heard stories and rumors about centaurs, but always doubted their existence, since he's never seen any before with his own eyes.

On this day, the human ventures out into a new part of the woods and runs into the two of us wading around in a natural spring. A cool dip in the fresh spring sounds like a great idea, so he asks to join. We don't mind the company, but Rohan, fearing that the human might not realize what lies beneath the surface, offers a word of caution. The human, a bit confused about the nature of the advice, decides to just hop in. The reality of his warning becomes alarmingly clear as the bottom doesn't come as soon as expected, and he finds out that what he thought were two human dudes was just the tip of the iceberg, as he gets a glimpse of our large submerged stallion bodies.

The mix of shock, disbelief, fascination, and curiosity flood the mind of the human. He immediately has a million questions, and we're more than happy to answer them. We'll just find somewhere less wet for now.
