Special Ability/Attack: Speed Racer: uses a type of speed skates on the bottom of her boots and speeds around the enemies, causing them to get dizzy temporary. Beauty Kiss: Blows a kiss at the enimies, making them love sick for a moment.
Weapon(s): Pretty Compact: A small make-up compact that shoots hearts at enemies from the "powder" part when opened.

I've always watched Sailor Moon and Penelope Pitstop when I was little. I know everything about both shows, and it's nice to see a combow of the two.
