i dont know if this will work or not but hair jell mite be able help with the spikes, but again i have not clue if it'll work or not XD

The hair is quite long so not sure gel would work in the way yoru has his hair... Maybe it looks fine as it is...
not sure how it would work without cutting into it >.< ~ nyaa
