The Lumae family is one of Zhaul's largest living families to date. As scholars, historians, and the like, the Lumae family strives in the education and preservation of the history and events of the Universe. Because of such pursuits, almost every Library on Zhaul is owned and operated by a Lumae. Their children are raised in the Library, and after their outside studies come to a close, they return to the libraries to add their wealth of knowledge.

Cheva, her husband, and her children have the honor of running the Library at the center of Zhaul's capital. This hub of knowledge attracts all kinds of minds, and Cheva uses her intellect to help those seeking particular information.
