Description
Okay so this one is a little more simpler portrait! I enjoyed exploring different layer styles and play with color. I hope it looks somewhat good at least because I definitely feel myself that this isn't one of my strongest pieces XDD Look forward to more since I'm gonna get better at posting here again I have more for you in store ;v;

I love how delicate and soft you've made the fur appear , especially the lighting on it as well ^-^

Thank you so much ;w; <33 (I'm super sorry for late reply I've had some final exams and so on ;A; )
I start pretty rough with soft brushes only thinking of the colors I wanna se in the end and then moving on to refine and sharpen parts of the drawing. There's a lot of areas I'm just leaving with that soft "underpainting" but I usually draw in some directional fur strokes to imply there's fur. You can use the normal round brush but otherwise I really recommend this brush-set: Fur Brushes . Hope these tips help in some way! There are countless of techniques to paint fur but for this type of soft fur this is how I would go about it
