This series of pictures is a OC mass effect story where Shepard have created a disruption in the dimensional balance of the universe and lands in an alternative universe where the Reapers never existed. Many events therefore turns out differently and the people of the universe are shaped differently by the events, sometimes becoming very different from the originals.
Also the year is 2191, 5 years after ME3 original timeline

In this picture I wanted make several things clear, Tali isn't taking any crap and Thane kills those who gives Tali crap.
The relationship between Drell and Quarians are like the Drell and Hanar in the main timeline except harsher. After the Quarians crushed the Geth rebellions the Quarians began searching for alternative work labour, they found that in Slavery as they evacuated 2 million Drell from their doomed homeworld.
Also the long quarian names in ME aren't used since the quarians don't live on ships to put in their names. Her name is simply Tali'Zorah, Tali of clan Zorah.

Tali isn't Kawaii like how Bioware changed her into in ME2/3, I liker her most in the first game.
Her parents were both killed in a border dispute with the Turians when Tali was 12, this dispute became known as the Relay 357 Incident.
Thane on the other hand was born as a slave to the Quarians and works as Talis assistant/assassin.
