This series of pictures is a OC mass effect story where Shepard have created a disruption in the dimensional balance of the universe and lands in an alternative universe where the Reapers never existed. Many events therefore turns out differently and the people of the universe are shaped differently by the events, sometimes becoming very different from the originals.
Also the year is 2191, 5 years after ME3 original timeline

When Colonel Jon Grissom broke both his legs in an accident before he could board the first ship heading through the Charon Relay, Major Issac Williams was chosen to replace Grissom. Major Williams was successful and was later instrumental in the peaceful first contact with the Batarians.
The Isaac Williams Academy was named after him. Ashley's father in turn rose as well in the military and still serves as Fleet Admiral.
She has only one younger sister after her mother died of childbirth, Ashley grew up resenting her sister.
Since her family wasn't disgraced in the military, Ashley never got the motivation to do her utmost in the military, resulting in Ashley getting dismissed within a few years due to her temper and now works as a dancer on the citadel.
Looking on the bright side, she's been shaking her booty in front of aliens for years now so she is no longer a xenophobic bitch and has learned humility, just looking at the bright side here.

And since Cerberus never existed, Kelly couldn't join the organization and became a stripper. (Or maybe she simply never stopped being one.)
