I just don't like the happy one, since he seems toothless. :/ And when I tried adding in the teeth it looked even worse.. Plus the confident one just doesn't look very confident, it's hard to see his eyebrow, which is needed to portray the emotion well enough.

Ah ok, sometimes it is difficult to draw some expressions sometimes.
Like when you try to draw someone looking older, but draw one line
to many and the person looks super old instead.

But I think you did a nice job on it, you should not be to hard on yourself.
