Through the years I've seen pictures like this by other artist so I decided on doing my own of Spidey and Venom. I always felt that Venom is the Ultimate Villain of Spider-Man because of his every night and day wanting to rid him. It mainly has to do with a tragic past that Eddie Brock suffers that he either blames on Parker or someone related to Parker. The other reason is the living alien symbiote that Parker parted himself with that has endless hatred for him. So those two combined are willing to spend 24/7 trying to kick the ass of Mr. Friendly Neighborhood Spider. Damn! Life gotta suck for Pete.Tools> 2b pencil, Ps, Optical Mousypookeez

its hard to tell who the ultimate villain of spidey is because yes venom is his clone but the green goblin is also one of his greatest foe's he killed gwenn stacy and he's his best friends dad. it's sort of like superman there's bizzaro who is his clone but then Β theres lex luthor

Your take on Venom is super creepy. The teeth are my favorite part. Also, your Spidey is reminiscent of Ditko's original design back in the 60's. Once again, great job

To me, Spidey's nemesis is the Green Goblin, but I admit that the picture is great, and Venom's still a cool character .

Venom is my favorite spider-man villain( and a lot of peoples I'm pretty sure). He represents everything Spider-man isn't, he thinks only of himself and unlike Peter, he refuses to take responsibility for his own actions. Can't say I approve of him becoming Anti-venom but, you take what you get...

Oooh, very nice. I especially love the symbolism here. Venom really is one of the more personal villains Spider-Man has to face, both because of the symbiote's crazed obsession (and the fact that he temporarily was Spider-Man), and Eddie Brock's burning hatred and sense of betrayal.
Well, depending on how Eddie is portrayed, anyway. The symbiote hardly ever changes though.

For other villians,setting out to kill spiderman is more like a side-bonus.(mainly causa his mouth)A hobby if you will.Venom,on the other hand,takes obsession to a whole new level.

Eventhough the image is the illest piece of spidey art I've seen, but wouldn't his rival/nemesis be Green Goblin. As like the Batman/Joker piece.
