So basically, imagine if there was a general that looked at Hulk and said to himself, that would be pretty cool if we harnessed that destructive energy. Using military money, he replicates how Hulk was made, but because he has a different personality he turns a different color and has more discipline than the original Hulk.
I just think it's sad that Hulk isn't getting a movie during phase three.

And that's not even taking into account the story arcs where Bruce Banner dies leaving Hulk behind, or the arc where Hulk is banished from Earth by the Illuminati and basically re-enacts John Carter in an alien world, or the arc where Hulk becomes a tyrant and takes over Earth in a post-apocalyptic world!
Seriously, a lot of the stuff in comics makes really good stuff for movies, but only the most simple stories are told.
