Wish I could, but I don't have the right colored pencils for Gwen's hair and most of her clothing

Too risky. Make one mistake with paint, crayons, or colored pencils, the work all goes to hell. I tried using Photoshop to color it, but it was too difficult to even change one part of the image since it's a photo of a drawing and the lines aren't thick enough.
