Description
I've been watching Somebody Feed Phil, and Phil's voice is astoundingly unique, so I made a character based around it. (and yes, he reminds me of Bartok, this is also a Bartok inspired design).

Magnifiscoo:
- One of the Partytime performers in The Circus, meaning that his role is less gruesome - he keeps the children entertained while their parents get lost in The Circus, and works as a flashy distraction from the gruesome goings-on and sinister undertones of the dimension.
- He's actually a pretty caring, loving guy, who cares an awful lot about kids. He's always up for a hug, no matter the species.
- He spends a lot of time near the Ball Pit (a huge ball pool in which children often go missing (there are portals at the bottom that lead to random places in the dimension)). He can blend in with the balls quite well.
- The skin between his arms is very stretchy, and can be used to glide from high tents, for amazing warm hugs, and can also be used as a makeshift trampoline!
- The colours of his stripes can change (between red, orange, yellow, green and blue), but the markings on his toes, palms and fingers cannot.
