It looks like you put a large amount of effort into this! I suppose just the head above water wouldn't have been much of a picture by itself, though it's nice to see as a separate picture.
The peril is pretty dark and hopeless! Luckily her savior isn't too far away 
I also really, really like how you drew/colored the man above the deck. The coat blowing against the wind looks superb, too. Very artistic!
