okay made this for my little sister she kinda like Avril so..anyway took me about two hours, done with mouse and I uses some random brushes I had lying around, to the background.
I know (specially) the one eye look a little wierd and that the hair ant so god.. but I like her jacket? and her lipes?
I don't know which category I should put her in so now she's just her.

I wouldn't have picked what you mention but I think its really great as for the hair it suits the style of it to my way of thinking.
