Um... I don't really know how to explain this.For some reason, whenever I practice a new technique, I always use Link rather than my own OC's.
By the way, I'll upload a better picture when my sister lets me use the scanner.
In the meantime, what should I draw for the background?

The lines are faint, as for background something with water behind

I made the lines faint because I honestly felt embarrassed drawing this XD and I felt that Link doesn't have extremely defined muscles, as darker lines means the muscles are more dominant :3

You could always draw the background as the Ordon Lake. Or Lake Hylia. That's what I suggest. You draw what you want
