you worked at a very large scale! it was good seeing them in big size, thank you for sharing
i saw that they had a rough feel around the edge, are you using pen pressure when drawing these? because it doesn't seem that way. and pressure might help you out with forms; also, they create interesting variation to the line;
and remember, quality is better than quantity
these are good to get a sense of the figure, but i would like to suggest paying more attention to the shape, try establishing a general flow and some proportions. i saw some figures that even if the leg was bent, there was a large disproportion between the upper and lower part of the leg.
practice makes perfect, so show us some more!

I really like line width in comics but I don't know how to use it well yet. I have to have a better sense of the body forms. I've read about it a bit but don't really get it yet. There are some books on comic inking I could get but I've been working on perspective.
This is where I'd like to be at some point.

The books I have say you are suppose to do a lot of gestures. I worked on quality and quantity. I guess the idea is to train your brain to work well and fast. I'm just not that good yet. I can tell I got a bit better but i'm still not good. I'm not good at proportions and proportions in perspective. The artists in the books are better at that then I am.
I did more gestures after this one I just stopped putting them in groups.
Thanks for the help

It was my pleasure, and if you have time do upload them, we'd like to see your progress as well.
I don't concentrate much on inking and linework, i mostly do painting, but my thoughts are that if the light is hitting stronger in that certain point, the lines would be thinner. Also with details, and it would be thicker where the shadow is and where you want the eye to focus first. Don't know if that made any sense

Its a nice program for digital sketching if you like variable width lines. You can originate sets of sketches easily as comic pages too. EX version is Good for learning perspective too.
Have you seen these? You might not need them if you have Painter or Photoshop.
