That animal is called a Tarsiar. You must have seen it in Madagascar.

Interesting combination of art style and subject matter. The concept injects a somber sadness into an otherwise whimsical style and the little touches here and there (i.e. the skulls) belie the style even more. I love it!

Lovely piece! I must admit it took me a while to 'get it'. At first I thought he was eating though a food tube? But no, he/she/they appears to be a dragon missing a head
