Okay, seeing as =Aerobian-Angel isn't mad at me, I thought I shuld go ahead and write a proper description for this piece.

For those that don't know, there's a lovely little collab going on called The Sonic Boom Project, seen here: and in this group, we draw pieces of art that relate to lines in various Sonic vocal tracks from games past and present.

With that out of the, I must discuss my particular piece:

This picture was my entry into =Aerobian-Angel 's Reach for the Stars song hosting. This song, of course, being the theme to Sonic Colors. I entered a long time ago back when he was the only one doing these little collab things, and I chose the line from the song that goes a little like this: "And Take a Chance on Today."

Seeing as there weren't too many Planet Wisp entries, which I find odd as to me it's one of the better stages, so I ended up doing that as the setting for mine. This is particularly in the first Act where he you have to use Spikes to get a Rocket Wisp early in the stage. I tried to give Sonic that classic, "cool guy," acting as if being hundreds of feet in the air and falling is no big deal. I think I captured it nicely. The other two creatures in here are Yacker and Rocket Wisp. Yacker looks quite scared about being so high up, but there in lies the joke, the fact he can fly, but is still worried about falling, it's visual irony people. XD Rocket Wisp looks sort indifferent or "normal," I guess, nothing special about him to say.

I did away with that weird shading the made it look like the characters were "attached," to the ground that they are plummeting towards, and replaced it with perspective shadows! Thanks *KaiThePhaux and =Shirokaze2012 for pointing it out for me and giving me tips! Hopefully it's more obvious that they're falling now.
