Yeah! Good ol' Planet Wisp, homeworld of those colorful little multi-eyed critters.Most people love this place for the music, which really you can't complain about, it's some of the best music in the Sonic series. heck, Sonic Colors covered nearly all genres of musics, from the Jazzy Sweet Mountain to the Heavy Metal Asteroid Coaster, to the techno-ish Starlight Carnival. For me, I like it for the the dag scenery.
Planet Wisp brought back the thing the early Sonic games mainly revolved around, Man vs. Nature.
The Generations version, being the last stage in the game, got a crazy overhaul. Classic's version in particular became the "Scrap Brain" of the game. And boy, I LIKE A CHALLENGE!
Didn't bother putting the Void and Frenzy Wisp here, also the Mother Wisp would be too big to squeeze in. Didn't want to overcrowd the pic.

Plus, one of my favourite parts is the wisp in the corner, it's like he's leaning up a tv screen or something.

Ok, first of all AMAZING work *Dantemustdie00. This Is a beautiful picture. If I may start, the colors are crisp and clean and they look like the Archie comic coloring style which I LOVE. They coloring you used hits the spot on a persons eye when they look at it. I love your perspective you did, it really brings out the activity and movement. That's what I really like about this picture and how you made a good movement, is what a lot of people are wanting to see now of days in art. Now another thing that I see that really POPS out the movement, you have a fore-ground, background and a middle-ground. You put a great amount of detail into this! I do think, though, it'd be even nicer to look at with better color balance. The grass, I think, could be a little darker and yellower, and the shading under the trees needn't be fully black; a darker green would do fine. Still, beautiful testament to one of my favorite Sonic games!

I used wisps in my fan-fic CASPER IN OZ, at the very pinnacle of my writing (i have since undergone writer's block and burn-out). As I had no idea of what they looked like and as I was afraid to commit myself, I veiled them in light that expresses their emotions (red = anger, yellow= fear, green-envy, blue- depresson, black = EVIL, rainbow shimmering=insanity). the planets called 'planet wisp' not 'planet wisp from one console' in the cutscene where the wisp r helping sonic back to earth, i see a red wisp, even on the ds ver. i still see blue wisp nd pink wisp nd all 'em.

I really like this level in both Sonic Colors and in Sonic Generations. The background music for it though, somehow reminds me of My Little Pony. ._.
