Phew! I finally finished it, I had to run it by the owner of the character to make sure it was satisfactory, but here it is! they ordered a simple cel-shaded piece and I guess I went a little over board with it like I usually do, whoops. But this is Tsuki the Hedgehog, an FC of a friend to the commissioner, and I really like how it came out and I hope you do too!
