HudsonSoft went out of business, and Konami now owns the license, but the developer no longer exists, so there's literally no access to information require to build a game. (It wouldn't be profitable, anyway, unfortunately.)

That sucks... Still, they were in cohoots with Eighting Entertainment when they made Bloody Roar, so if Konami really wanted to make a 5th title, they could ask them for the info, but nooooo there too busy not giving us Metal Gear Rising right now. lol
