I dont think its over exposed...a LIL brighter may give it a dreamlike effect thats actually very cool for this pic. If you dont mind I'd like to play with it and post it

I think it looks good the way it is.
The light colours look nice and the brightness of the background is good because it compliments the feel of the photo (white/lightness).

Your face is perfect, the background is over exposed, but I don't think that can be avoided, unless you want to take two pictures with opposite exposure settings and the combine the correctly exposed portions.
