My new OC, Neoma, she's quiet and all around spooky. she's a poor girl with psychic and telekinetic abilities, she met a horrible faith some time ago, now with powers given to her by clock worth she can control any mass or a matter around her, despite being eyeless, she can see beyond walls and darkness, she carries the X and eye symbol, indicating that her power exceeds most Evil doctors and entities of the dark. despite the evil nature that she was brought into, she rejects it searches for a path of good, now she's the bringer of light and helper to Mio corpse-boy.deviantart.com/art/… ,I plan on doing some thing with the Mio story or mixing it with Matt's story since its the same universe.
hope you don't mind the grim back story to to neoma.

Wow...at viewing her story in the pics on the side I can't help but feel a little bad for poor little Neoma. But I guess one might not pity her seeing the power that she now possesses. She seems like a very interesting character. Her design is badass. And I'm loving the big bow. Gives her a very childlike feature.

My biggest Question is centered around why Clock makes powerful
creations, without a better fail-safe... I know there is the anti-shadlings
but preventing runaways in the first place should come to mind.
maybe something to add to the "to think of" List.
anyway... the one where she is lying on the bed, pops out the most as in.

don't worry i got your covered, I wouldn't make clock worth make creations more powerful then Him, despite all the evil Docs and powerful creations He is in total control of every thing, the power he lends to his creations are always tethered to him self, simply cutting the power would end there lives, this is how he enforces his rules to those who disobeyed, thou, few exceptions remain, Theres a difference between the UNDEAD creations and living creations, 1, any thing dead clock worth has total control over, his power is what is keeping ,Doc's, shadings, alive, Living entities such Neoma and stella who bare the x-eye symbol are still alive, meaning the power given to them is in there control, until they finally Die, in which they atomically turn to serve clock worth. and since clock worth doesn't seem to die and even so he isn't dead, he can wait forever for the X-eye shadings and creations to die. also One more exception, Mattie and The Night mare entities. they are a whole different list. Mattie was created at a time when clock worth wasn't to skilled at what he did, thus, his first mistake may one day be his Last.
