Description
this creature used to be a warning siren to warn human beings of approaching enemies. enemies include tornadoes, hurricanes, as well as thunderstorms of large risk.
during a large tornado of category five, this warning siren was knocked off its podium.

the siren became sentient, and grew limbs to be able to ambulate. following several incidents of humans being attacked by "a siren monster" were reported, the nearby police force had been dispatched and ran into it, who then fired upon it. it is thought that the creature then fled to nearby forests to avoid any further damage.

the monster now lives in small forests, and blends in with the trees, and will attack any humans nearby.
it is reported that this creature will make the subject scream, and, upon doing this, opening the human's mouth.

opening his own mouth, taking hand-like appendages and sticking them down the subjects throat, and pulling out the vocal chords of said subjects. most subjects survive, however they can no longer speak, due to their vocal chords being pulled out.
