Just something I came up with quickly in Clip Studio Paint. I played around with a rain brush by å¹(kubo). I wasn't sure what kind of expression I wanted to give him so I gave him an awkward mix of sad and happy. I am still trying to learn CSP and slowly transitioning from Sai2 to CSP. For now I'm still doing the same cell shading I am using for (Mario)The Music Box.Tools Used:
