I was playing around with a Rorscharch type image while working on my remix of New Age Slave and decided to import the charactr into this piece. It was a bit of a bitch as i had lost my outline selection for the character a long time ago so i had to redo all the selecting.... that probably took up the largestportion of time spent on this piece.

Anyway.. its exploitation. ive always liked the chracter and use him or a similar theme any time im given the chance. This is where it stops.

The title "Issue Eight" is such because this is the eigth tme ive used this character (in this form or in other poses) in my digital Pieces. Since his name is Doctor Otto (based on the psycho mantis chracter from Metal Gear Solid) i thought the eighth issue would be a fitting end to his illustrious career.
