I'm redoing my refs because I got sick of the old ones. Chibi refs will stay, unless like Rana I've made her a much more major character, in which case she's getting her own.

Donna lived on the streets for several years by herself, after running away from an abusive family situation at age 14. She regularly robbed apartments for food and money, and the fun of it. One day she tried to rob Lost Signal's apartment, only to be caught by Lost Signal. Instead of hurting the teen though, Lost Signal offered to partner with the kid, and offered a safe place to stay. So Donna became her sidekick and started joining Lost Signal in committing her various crimes. She looks up to Lost Signal as a sort of mother figure and enjoys living with her, and helping her out with her crimes.
