1. Chocolate Ganache

Chocolate Ganache is a sweet little filly who owns a quint bakery in Ponyville. Everybody knows her for her kindness, generosity, and extraordinary baked goods. She specializes in gourmet cakes and pastries, but can bake almost anything with ease and perfection. She is humble and attentive to detail, making note of all the ponies birthdays so she always has something sweet to give every pony on their special day.

2. Princess Winter Solstice

Princess Winter Solstice specializes in all things winter. She organizes the comings and goings of winter all over Equestria, and puts together special events in honor of the holidays. She is very community-oriented, spending her winter holidays at charity events, sharing the histories of Equestria, and telling the young fillies about all of the holiday stories, and even teaching them the holiday songs. Winter Solstice is also responsible for bringing forth the nastiest of flurries, and the softest of snowfalls.
