Yes the second try in photoshop
There's a SLIGHT improvement here, but still remains some hyper smudging 
i hope to improve more BTW, this was done 3 months ago too Done in: Photoshop 7.0
Done while listening to: Rammstein- Reise Reise/Cortex boss fight theme from Crash 2

Very very well done, especially since you're newer to Photoshop....I remember the first time I used photoshop and it was well.....horrific XD I love the Cortex pose here, really suits his character XD And I'm luvin' the random colour patches too, since I'm a fan of randomness! WOOT!

Wowee, How can you paint him up like that???? I can't draw, paint, color...... anything with Neo....... I think this is amazing. Honestsly, The smudges don't bother me a bit.

Wow. It is very nice to show your favorite character again. It was long that we saw him from you again. but yeh. I think the ray gun is a bit out of place. but for the rest it is very good. and i like the pose. so evil
